Spencer's hands-on leadership style reinforces his genuine nature and expertise in the industry. On a daily basis he is overseeing projects, consulting on site, and working away in the field. There is a reason he is the person that customers want on the job. As humble and hard-working as they come!

CREATIVE SOLUTIONS LEAD

Louis is a true team player and asset to S&L Trenching. Louis joined our team in 2018, paving the way for aspects of operations and team leadership. Combine that with his 6+ years of experience in the field, he tackles all of our residental and commercial operational needs and unforseen challenges with ease and expertise.

We are very lucky to have had Jordan on our team for over 5 years now. She manages S&L Trenching's accounting and administrative functions – making sure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. We don’t know what we would do without her!
